摘要: Auxins are a group of naturally occurring phytohormones that have numerous functions in plant growth and development. The identification quantification these hormones from tissues has long varied history, dating back as far the mid-19th century. evolution auxin analysis closely mirrors analytical chemistry. However, despite fact methods for determination evolved since initial bioassays, few techniques developed over years been completely abandoned, many them still used routine analyses today.
