摘要: The G-->A transition in the tumor necrosis factor (TNF)- alpha promoter region at position -308 (TNF308.2) and -238 (TNF238.2) were determined 141 patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Patients received combination therapy high-dose interferon (IFN)- ribavirin for 24 weeks. A total of 100 (70.9%) had a sustained virologic response (SVR) after treatment. TNF308.2 allele was independently associated an SVR, particularly HCV genotype 1b infection >200,000 IU RNA/mL serum. In conclusion, to IFN- may be associated, least part, host genetic factors.
