摘要: AbstractHypothyroid rats show alterations in the mobility of sperm recovered from their epididymides. The AgNOR technique, immunohistochemistry and transmission electron microscopy were used to investigate changes epithelial cells epididymides treated with 131I. Counting NORs did not permit detection proliferative capacity hypothyroid animals. Transmission revealed mitochondria that probably are associated incipient apoptosis.
