摘要: Rapidly growing population, social and environmental factors are continuously exerting impact on psychological human health in multiple ways. In particular, these cause cumulative stress affecting cognitive functions elevate risks of diverse neuronal dysfunction malignant brain diseases. Maintenance has hence emerged as a new challenge increasing old age populations worldwide. Use herbal drug constituents preferred choice due to enormous undesirable side effects pharmacological drugs. Ashwagandha, sub-tropical medicinal plant been extensively used Indian traditional home medicine system i.e. called “Ayurveda” for its stress-, hypertension-, aging-, neurological dysfunction- growth-inhibitory properties. Detailed molecular insights activities mechanism(s) only beginning be demonstrated by laboratory studies. this chapter, we attempt sketch research evidence the benefits Ashwagandha bioactives health.
