摘要: The clonogenic assay is a well-established in vitro method for testing the survival and proliferative capability of cells. It can be used to determine cytotoxic effects various treatments including chemotherapeutics ionizing radiation. However, this approach also characterize cells with different phenotypes biological properties, such as stem or cancer In study, we implemented faster more precise assessing cloning efficiency stem-like that were characterized separated using high-speed cell sorter. Cell plating onto microplate an automatic deposition unit was performed single-cell dilution rank mode by fluorescence-activated sorting method. We tested new cell-cloning (ACCA) on selected lines compared it manual approach. obtained results limiting lines. applied ACCA analyze capacity subpopulations prostate colon based expression characteristic markers (CD44 CD133) (TROP-2, CD49f, CD44). Our revealed novel straightforward determining identified both patient samples.
