摘要: Biliary complications are being increasingly encountered in post liver transplant patients because of increased volume transplants and longer survival these recipients. Overall management may be challenging, but with advances endoscopic techniques, majority such dealt by endoscopists rather than the surgeons. Our review article discusses recent tools techniques that have proved retrograde cholangiography various interventions, like sphincterotomy, bile duct dilatation, stent placement, to mainstay for most complications. We also discuss dilemmas surgically altered anatomy, where accessing is strides towards making this prospect a reality.
