摘要: Background: High levels of gynaecological morbidity, especially reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted may turn out to be fatal if not treated properly. The objectives this study were basic awareness about disease association with socio-economic findings, regarding occurrence transmission, symptoms, complications disease; HIV prevention. Methods: Various community based studies carried in the different regions world showed prevalence 36-84%. sample size as per statistical calculation (4pq/l 2 , where p = 50, q 100-p l 10% p) came 400. Method sampling - Prior enlisting all villages Surendranagar district, one village was selected randomly. Results: Basic 64.0%; 82.2% women narrated symptoms. 42.00% had no idea its complications. Knowledge prevention 59.50%. Conclusions: Effective strategies for early diagnosis treatment should made.
