摘要: This paper describes the development and design of a new, efficient, simple robust interface for coupling capillary electrophoresis (CE) with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. The is based on modified microconcentric nebulizer which permits low flow rate about 6 μL/min in free aspiration mode. construction provides an electrical connection stable electrophoretic separations adapts electro-osmotic inside CE to efficient transport analytes into plasma. By optimization fluid mechanical properties prevents from causing any laminar thus high resolution power can be preserved. Furthermore, this new device independent nebulization whereby exact positioning not necessary, enabling fast exchange. A dead volume spraychamber has been constructed circumvents band broadening sharp signals. Peak widths down 3.5 s comparable UV detection are possible.
