摘要: We measured the heat capacity ${C}_{p}$ and microwave surface impedance ${Z}_{s}$ in vortex state of ${\mathrm{YNi}}_{2}{\mathrm{B}}_{2}\mathrm{C}$. In contrast to conventional $s$-wave superconductors, shows a $\sqrt{H}$ dependence. This dependence persists even after introduction columnar defects which change electronic structure core regime destroy regular lattice. On other hand, flux flow resistivity is nearly proportional $H$. These results indicate that ${\mathrm{YNi}}_{2}{\mathrm{B}}_{2}\mathrm{C}$ fundamentally different from counterparts, delocalized quasiparticle states around are important, similar $d$-wave superconductors.
