摘要: Reflectivity spectra of ZnTe and ZnSe are studied experimentally theoretically. The measurements made at 15 300\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K, the theoretical calculations done an assumed temperature 300\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K. Spin-orbit interactions included in empirical pseudopotential calculation electronic band structures for both ZnSe. imaginary part frequency-dependent dielectric function, reflectivity, derivative reflectivity calculated. In addition, a direct comparison measured calculated is made. compared with thermo-reflectance data. transitions causing peaks identified.
