摘要: Abstract Aichi Target 15 aims to enhance the resilience of ecosystems through restoration 15% degraded land by 2020. Compliance with target is still insufficient, partly due lack appropriate baselines and knowledge efforts. The four-level model ecosystem condition was suggested set baseline support estimation progress. This study first assess MAES types at a country scale, using approach. Altogether 613,000 ha in close natural (Level 1), 893,000 ha slightly state 2), 1,907,000 ha moderately 3), 5,890,000 ha highly modified category 4). An inventory ecological interventions created based on reports national park directorates EU LIFE projects. findings database 634 were compared need for nine habitat types. Restoration efforts focused most extended area, except dry forest fight against invasive species all three provides more reliable estimate habitats than Habitat Directive reporting can achieve, therefore better suited estimating compliance target. Only 1% period 2002–2016. details survey regarding degradation further planning.
