摘要: We present a new approach for the analysis of left ventricular shape and motion based on development class volumetric deformable models. estimate deformation complex ventricle (LV) in terms few parameters that are functions whose values vary locally across LV. These capture radial longitudinal contraction, axial twisting, long-axis deformation. Using Lagrangian dynamics finite-element theory, we convert these primitives into dynamic models deform due to forces exerted by datapoints. experiments where used magnetic tagging (MRI-SPAMM) acquire datapoints from LV during systole. By applying our method MRI-SPAMM datapoints, were able characterize 3-D both globally, clinically useful way. In addition, model extract quantitative differences between normal abnormal hearts visualize them way is physicians.
