摘要: Environmentally-safer resin-solvent compositions are provided which generally free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The solvent and may replace high-VOC hydrocarbon solvents for use in inks, coatings, adhesives the like. These novel negligibly reactive with hydroxyl radicals therefore able to reach higher into atmosphere before decomposing.
