摘要: The relationship between nutritional status and disease resistance in cultured salmonids can be affected by dietary manipulations. Careful attention to feeding levels may important avoid imbalances nutrient that could ultimately impair a fish's ability resist infectious microorganisms. In the current study, fish three feed-level groups were fed an experimental diet either satiation, 64% of satiation or 40% satiation. A fourth group commercial at level served as controls. To evaluate certain indices test control fish, panel assays was employed measure humoral cellular immune functions 30, 39 54 weeks after starting treatments. included measures blood hematocrit leucocrit levels, plasma protein concentration serum lysozyme complement activity. Cellular analyses differential leucocyte counts, NBT reduction phagocytosis pronephros macrophages myeloperoxidase activity neutrophils. No differences observed those tested from control-diet (commercial rate) group, except had greater protein. Leucocrit values concentrations tended increase among feed ration increased More importantly, phagocytic anterior kidney leucocytes found inversely proportional level. Whereas results this study provide evidence salmonid system fairly robust with regard available metabolic energy, significant changes cell suggest some
