摘要: Abstract The magnitudes and signs of twenty eight E2 three M1 matrix elements involving 17 low-lying excited states in 104Ru have been measured by Coulomb excitation using 208Pb, 136Xe 58Ni ions. completeness the set is sufficient to extract, directly from data, expectation values intrinsic-frame moments that provide considerable insight into underlying collectivity. properties strongly correlate with macroscopic quadrupole collective degrees freedom. Detailed comparison experimental results theoretical microscopic calculations within general Bohr Hamiltonian are presented. Very good agreement experiment achieved without any parameters fitted data. Results phenomenological γ-unstable γ-rigid models also given.
