摘要: To examine the contribution of glucose to memory-enhancing effects emotional arousal, we determined whether a narrative would increase blood levels. Blood was measured before and after participants viewed slides accompanied by neutral or an emotionally arousing narrative. Prior slide show, drank beverage containing either saccharin. Participants who heard had better memory show 2 weeks later than did levels increased narrative, but not Glucose administration produced larger in prevented effect arousal. These findings indicate that small increases may contribute whereas prevent its effects.
