摘要: Conversion of conventional spin-singlet Cooper pairs into spin-triplet inside a Josephson junction enables supercurrent to propagate over long distances through ferromagnetic materials. Several groups have shown how turn the on or off by varying relative orientations magnetizations in multiple layers junction. This paper introduces new magnetic configuration involving synthetic antiferromagnet (SAF) with perpendicular anisotropy (PMA) that can be patterned nanomagnets very low stray fields. The authors suggest this will enable controlled manipulation ground-state phase shift across junctions either 0 $\ensuremath{\pi}$.
