[Effects of (-), (+)clausenamide on anisodine-induced acetylcholine decrease and associated memory deficits in the mouse brain].

摘要: The effect of a new cognition enhancer clausenamide on regional acetylcholine (ACh) levels and anisodine-induced ACh decrease were examined in mice memory deficits. In the mean time, (-)clausenamide was compared with that (+)clausenamide. Animal amnesia model induced by i.p. anisodine, brain content measured high performance liquid chromatography electrochemical detection. It found single administration or (+)clausenamide(10, 20, 50 mg.kg-1, ig) showed no level frontal cortex, hippocampus striatum normal condition. However, pretreatment (10, significantly ameliorated reduction these regions anisodine (10 i.p.) dose-dependent manner. meantime, (-) ameliorate deficits step-through test mice. contrast, (+)clausenamide sides. results indicate there is significant difference between actions (+)clausenamide; protective action against due to its ability reverse reduction.
