摘要: The present work evaluates the influence of bulk carbon content (0.1, 0.006, and 0.005 wt pct) tempering temperature (823, 853, 913 K) on stability, chemical composition, size carbide particles in 540 ks tempered states 2.6Cr-0.7Mo-0.3V steel. scanning transmission electron microscopy/energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (STEM/EDXS) diffraction methods were used to analyze particles. A characteristic energy-dispersive (EDX) spectrum can be attributed each identified carbides. MC is stable all experimental states. phase stability Fe-Cr-rich carbides increased order e, Fe3C → M3C M7C3, with increasing. In steels higher at low temperature, M23C6 was also noted. Mo2C M6C not observed. It shown that decrease has same phases as increase vanadium unchanged Cr, Mo, C contents temperature. Similarly, Cr V, contents.
