摘要: AbstractRepeated burning in a short return period (< 3–5 years) may significantly contribute to land degradation Mediterranean countries. We apply logistic regression analysis model spatial relationships between reburning and site (topographic) landscape-level factors (land use pattern); forest areas burned twice at least 2006 2009 the Italian peninsula are used as case study. Few landscape prove be correlated with probability of fire recurrence, overall explains 24% variation recurrence. This fact is not surprising since human known biggest determinant wildfire events countries such Italy.
