摘要: Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is one of the life-threatening hepatic diseases; however, its pathogenesis still unknown. To evaluate causative role hyperlipidaemia and high-fat diet, we compared C57BL/6 mice with inherited hyperlipidaemic model (LDLR -/- ApoE mice) fed a normal or diet. LDLR diet showed significantly higher serum cholesterol level than that These mice, have shown neither significant elevation alanine transaminase (ALT) nor histopathologic features steatohepatitis. High-fat groups all three strains histopathological characteristics elevated ALT levels high expression macrophage scavenger receptor MARCO mRNA in liver. Semiquantitative endotoxin analysis an portal vein but not vena cava results indicate long-term feeding induces NASH, whereas alone enough to induce NASH. Liver-restricted induction endotoxaemia suggest possible involvement
