摘要: Bean cells habituated to grow in the presence of dichlobenil exhibited reduced cellulose and hemicellulose content an increase pectic polysaccharides. Furthermore, following extraction pectins hemicelluloses, a large amount neutral sugars was released. These were found be part soluble β-1,4-glucan preliminary characterization, as reported by Encina et al. (Physiol Plant 114:182–191, 2002). When subcultured absence herbicide (dehabituated cells), release after hemicelluloses maintained. In this study, we have isolated from dehabituated sonication wall residue (cellulose fraction) remaining fractionation. Gel filtration chromatography revealed that its average molecular size 14 kDa. Digestion sample with endocellulase cellobiose, cellotriose, cellotetraose. Methylation analysis showed 4-linked glucose most abundant sugar residue, but 4,6-linked glucose, terminal arabinose galactose for xyloglucan, arabinogalactan also identified. NMR 1,4-glucan may composed various kinds substitutions along glucan backbone together acetyl groups linked OH group residues. Thus, despite relatively high mass, β-glucan remains because unique configuration. This is first time such characteristics has been described. The discovery new molecules, features, help understand composition arrangement polymers within plant cell walls, contributing better understanding complex structure.
