摘要: MiR-214 has been shown to inhibit cell growth, migration and invasion. Here we demonstrate that ectopic expression of miR-214 reduces survival, induces apoptosis enhances sensitivity cisplatin through directly inhibiting Bcl2l2 in cervical cancer HeLa C-33A cells. Further analysis reveals induced by is correlated with increased Bax, caspase-9, caspase-8 caspase-3. Moreover, show regulated DNA methylation histone deacetylation. Taken together, these data suggest might be a candidate target for the development novel therapeutic strategies treat cancer.
