摘要: The biosynthesis of lignarenones 1 and 2, the major polyketides Mediterranean mollusc Scaphander lignarius is described. process primed by benzoic acid requires acetate propionate as extender units. labeling pattern suggests PKS-like synthesis an unusual E,Z,E-triene chain origin benzoate unit from phenylalanine. 13C-13C NMR COSY has been used to establish positions due incorporation 13C2-acetate.
