摘要: The incidence of testicular germ cell tumours (TGCT) has increased in white and black men the United States. Little is known, however, about trends among other racial/ethnic groups. current study sought to examine TGCT patterns Asian/Pacific Islander/American Indian/ Alaska Native (API/AIAN) Hispanic ancestries determine whether these groups are diagnosed at comparable stages sizes men. data tumour characteristics were drawn from Surveillance, Epidemiology End Results registries for two time periods: 1973-2003 1992-2003. In 1973-2003, rates significantly lower (rate ratio = 0.18, p < 0.001) API/AIAN 0.37, than Among men, over 60%, mainly prior 1989-1993. almost 40%, after increasing proportions localized disease time, while opposite trend was seen 1992-2003, (3.46/100 000) it non-Hispanic but both seminoma non-seminoma increased. While all different increase evident. These suggest that stabilizing peak epidemic may have been reached latter
