摘要: Abstract Self-assembled monolayers of an octa-substituted alkylthio and arylthio manganese phthalocyanines were formed on gold. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to analyse both the phthalocyanine layers Approximately 60% sulphur groups in aryl substituted-SAM surface bound gold through cleavage C S bond, as opposed only 37% for alkyl substituted-SAM.
