摘要: Abstract In this paper a robust, sensitive and selective LC–MS–MS method for the determination of zearalenone (ZON) in several cereals is described. Sample preparation was performed by extraction commodities with mixture acetonitrile water followed solid-phase RP-18 columns or immunoaffinity columns. The ZON achieved an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization interface. Using negative ion mode detection limit 0.5 μg/kg 1 grain achieved, which factor 100 more than positive mode. Zearalanone (ZAN), does not occur nature, used as internal standard quantification. A linear working range from 1.0 to 1000 could be grains deviation 4% recovery rates around 100%. All these results were independent matrices (maize, barley, oats, wheat) when ZAN standard. materials gave comparable results. addition, successfully investigation naturally contaminated maize samples course interlaboratory comparison test.
