摘要: The previous chapter provided an overview of the status quo women in professoriate, confirming that internationally, proportion professoriate is considerably lower than men. Taking this underrepresentation as end point, we explore women’s journeys towards from their commencement academic position. We purposefully use phrase “towards professoriate” rather to because proportionally fewer compared men reach peak career benchmark.
