摘要: We studied 51 patients with symptomatic unilateral watershed (WS) cerebral infarct on CT. In 22 patients, the was between superficial territory of anterior and middle arteries, 20 had an posterior 9 deep arteries. Each type a characteristic neurologic picture. Syncope at onset (37%) focal limb shaking (12%) were frequent. Thirty-eight (75%) internal carotid artery occlusion or tight stenosis associated hemodynamically significant cardiopathy, increased hematocrit, acute hypotension.
