摘要: Summary. Inflammatory disease is known to affect male reproductive function and fertility. Male accessory gland infections (MAGI) account for almost 15% of all cases infertility seen in clinics. Infections the glands are associated with increased counts white blood cells semen elevated levels pro-inflammatory cytokines testis. Numerous studies have underscored importance regulation testicular glandular during pathophysiological events as well under normal physiological conditions when act growth differentiation factors. The purpose this paper particularly review role Leydig cell testis primarily conditions, also considers clinical investigations that help improve evaluation treatment infertility.
