摘要: A method is presented for estimating the energy yield of photovoltaic (PV) modules at arbitrary locations in a large geographical area. The applies mathematical model performance PV as function in-plane irradiance and module temperature combines this with solar irradiation estimates from satellite data ambient values ground station measurements. applied to three different technologies: crystalline silicon, CuInSe2 CdTe based thin-film technology order map their fixed installations across most Europe identify quantify regional factors. It found that there clear dependence variation performance. also shown using long-term average leads systematic positive bias results up 3%. suggested use joint probability density functions overcome bias.
