摘要: This article follows up on a 1991 study of competencies for trainers ( Leach, 1993 ). University Council Vocational Education faculty were asked to provide their perceptions the importance and extent which these are currently included in Human Resource Development (HRD) professional preparation programs. Of 25 used both studies, 23 rated as important 1997, 19 perceived be less than adequately covered course work--up from 13 1991.
