摘要: AIM: To investigate the effect of N-desulfated heparin on hepatic/renal ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: Using rat models 60 min hepatic or renal followed by 1 h, 3 6 h 24 reperfusion, animals were randomly divided into following groups, sham operated controls, ischemic group receiving only normal saline, treated at a dose 12 mg/kg 5 before reperfusion. P-selectin expression was detected tissues with immunohistochemistry method. RESULTS: expression, serum ALT, AST, BUN Cr levels significantly increased during minute while increment inhibited, pathology observed light microscopy remarkably improved treatment heparin. Furthermore, found no effects PT KPTT. CONCLUSION: might mediate neutrophil infiltration contribute to The prevent damage induced without significant anticoagulant activity.
