摘要: Purpose This study describes the development of an evidence-based intervention to create a supportive work environment for employees with chronic conditions. Occupational physicians (OPs) play important role in guiding organizations this process organizational change. Supportive environments can aid preventing work-related problems and facilitate sustainable employment. Current workplace interventions conditions are mainly focused on return or reduction sick leave at individual worker’s level. contributes literature organizational-level which utilizes preventive approach. Methods Intervention mapping (IM) is six-step, structured protocol that was used develop intervention. In step 1, needs assessment conducted define problem explore perspectives all stakeholders involved. The program outcomes performance objectives occupational were specified 2. 3, appropriate methods practical applications chosen. Step 4 actual intervention, consisting (1) training teach them how guide creating environment; (2) assignment; (3) follow-up meeting. will be implemented pilot put their acquired knowledge skills into practice within one organizations, delineated 5.
