摘要: Purpose This study describes the development of an evidence-based intervention to create a supportive work environment for employees with chronic conditions. Occupational physicians (OPs) play important role in guiding organizations this process organizational change. Supportive environments can aid preventing work-related problems and facilitate sustainable employment. Current workplace interventions conditions are mainly focused on return or reduction sick leave at individual worker’s level. contributes literature organizational-level which utilizes preventive approach. Methods Intervention mapping (IM) is six-step, structured protocol that was used develop intervention. In step 1, needs assessment conducted define problem explore perspectives all stakeholders involved.
