摘要: The Draft Convention on the Law of Sea (hereafter referred to as “the Convention”) includes provisions which refer rules public international law but give no indication either their content or source. In this paper these are called “rules reference”. This reference does not mean that application projected itself is overridden by indicated. On contrary, indicated incorporated into reference, demonstrated in section 3 infra.
