摘要: Abstract The energy distribution of electrons in Earth and Venus ionospheres are very different. Measured data from these two plasma regions analyzed the best fitted functions have been derived. Our results show that nonextensive is function for earth while superthermal provide more suitable result ionosphere. In both cases acceptable fits on observations clearly distributed out their thermal equilibrium. Propagation small amplitude dust-ion acoustic solitary waves (DIASWs) based derived investigated. Moreover, effects presenting different polarity dust grains studied. Characteristics propagated described using distributions.
