摘要: Several compounds containing a thiomethyl group were found to replace vitamin B12 in protozoan, Ochromonas malhamensis. The order of the effectiveness was as follows: 5′-methylthioadenosine > S-adenosylmethionine 5-methylthioribose L-methionine.
