摘要: Abstract In the current study, heterostructured Ag@AgCl@AgI nanotubes were synthesized via an anion-exchange reaction between Ag@AgCl and I− anions. Moreover, their photocatalytic performance towards decontamination of dye contaminants examined. These prepared photocatalysts accordingly characterized using high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM), XRPD, XPS, field-emission transmission (FE-TEM), photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The structural identification analyses confirmed that had nanotubular morphology. Compared to polyhedral Ag@AgI nanocomposites, amalgamation ions into framework extraordinarily improved performance. can also be reused due high stability. Under visible-light irradiation, >91.8% Rhodamine B (RhB) was degraded within 45 min catalyst AI–2 (Cl−/I− = 1:1). radical trap experiments indicated photodegradation RhB driven by participation superoxide action holes. Due surface plasmon resonance effect, photocatalyst demonstrated higher performance, enhanced area photoelectron transfer, which is ascribed its unique configuration.
