摘要: Cellular cholesterol homeostasis integrates multiple pathways of cellular movement and the transcriptional regulation genes implicated in metabolism as a function uptake export. The lipoprotein-derived export by lipoprotein secretion and/or efflux to exogenous acceptors are highly regulated processes dependent on intracellular transport. Exogenous derived from internalization is delivered LE lysosomes, where cholesteryl esters hydrolyzed generate free cholesterol. Cholesterol must be re-distributed ER, together with newly synthesized cholesterol, it can esterified ACAT stored LD. LD-associated undergoes cycles hydrolysis esterification requirements mobilized for efflux, process dependent presence upstream events that remain fully elucidated. ABCA1, which posttranscriptional mechanisms, major transporter phospholipid and, along mediators lipid transport, regulates HDL formation.
