摘要: Introduction: The association between dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease in women has been proposed many studies investigated calcium-vitamin D (CaD) supplementation their effect on lipid concentrations. Objectives: This randomized single-blind study aimed to evaluate the of CaD serum levels menopaused with normal renal function. Patients Methods: In this study, 100 50-75 years old cholesterol 200-239 mg/dL, triglyceride (TG) 150-199 low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) 100-159 mg/dL vitamin level less than 30 ng/mL glomerular filtration rate (GFR) (>90 mL/min/1.73 m2) were investigated. First, body mass index (BMI) waist circumference calculated. patients given supplement tablets made by Tehran Shimi Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. twice-daily (containing 500 mg calcium 200 IU D) before breakfast lunch for 6 months. Then, blood collected after 3 months compared initial data. Results: One hundred average age 62.76 ± 7.02 BMI 27.98 3.44 kg/m2 enrolled. FBS, cholesterol, HDL-C LDL-C significantly increased (P < 00.001) but mean TG LDL/HDL ratio decreased 00.001). Also, difference was not significant months, it = 00.155 P 00.001, respectively). Conclusion: Supplemental ratio. Thus, is recommended women.
