摘要: Abstract The present work describes the fabrication of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) nanofibers prepared via electrospinning method. YIG with diameters around 80 nm were formed when calcinations temperature exceeded 750 °C. morphology and magnetic parameters including saturation magnetization ( M s ) coercivity H c these samples dramatically change variation annealing temperature. In particular, displays a steady increase from 3.1 emu/g at 700–21.5 emu/g 1000 °C, shows different tendency that first increases to maximum value 140 Oe 750 °C, then reduce distinctly. Finally, electron spin resonance spectra display strong asymmetry broad linewidth are highly affected by shape anisotropy, defects presence trace amount second phase orthorhombic YFeO 3 o -YFeO in nanofibers.
