摘要: The cytoskeleton of living keratinocytes consists mainly cytokeratins that have polymerised into intermediate filaments. aim this study was to describe the expression in epidermal cells weight-bearing parts equine hoof wall during acute spontaneous laminitis. A total 9 hooves from 3 horses subjected euthanasia within 48 h first clinical signs laminitis were sectioned and examined. stratum medium internum characterized by 1- 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis, tissue distribution studied immunohistochemical staining. biochemical results showed same set as seen 8 normal horses, reported on previously, used controls. indicated a difference between with content basal matrix suprabasal at mid level wall. However, no conclusion could be drawn whether change cytokeratin primary or caused initiation local tissue-repairing process.
