摘要: Abstract In this paper, hybrid microporous gel polymer electrolytes (HMGPEs) based onpolyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF)/polyurethane lithium salt (PLS) are fabricated by thermal phase separation technique. PLS is synthesized via condensation copolymerization of polyethylene glycol 800 (PEG800) and diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate(MDI), then neutralized with LiOH. The effect on the morphologies membrane, electrochemical properties cycle performance assembled lithium-ion rechargeable batteries studied in detail. membranes examined scanning electron microscope (SEM). intercalation PVdF/PLS characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential calorimeter (DSC) gravimetric analysis (TGA). incorporation PVdF matrix can enhance ionic conductivities stabilities for prepared HMGPEs. HMGPEs weight ratio 80:20 (PVdF/PLS-20) delivers highest charge-discharge capacity (about 175mAh g −1 ), cell 90:10 PLS(PVdF/PLS-10) shows best stability performance.
