摘要: This article accounts for an extensive investigation of electron scattering with germane molecule over a wide energy range pertinent to various plasma processes. Efforts have been made present complete dataset cross sections Such datasets are required the modeling community. Moreover, literature survey indicates that cross-section database electron-germane collision is fragmentary. To overcome this, we calculated differential elastic, total, electronic excitation, rotation and momentum transfer sections. The rate coefficients in temperature 100–10,000 K also reported this molecule. Two quantum mechanical approaches implemented accomplish task from 0.5 5000 eV. They ab initio R-matrix method at low-incident energies spherical complex optical potential formalism intermediate high energies. cross- section exhibits reasonable agreement previously available data found literature.
