摘要: Recently, smart biocatalysts, where enzymes are conjugated to stimuli-responsive (smart) polymers, have gained significant attention. Based on the presence or absence of external stimuli, polymer attached enzyme changes its conformation protect from environment and regulate activity, thus acting as a molecular switch. Owing this behaviour, biocatalysts can be separated easily reaction mixture re-used several times. Several such polymer-based been developed for industrial biomedical applications. In addition, they used in biosensors, biometrics nano-electronic devices. This review article covers recent advances developing different kinds bioconjugates, including conjugation strategies, their
