摘要: Abstract The planning profession lacks a robust methodology to evaluate the implementation of plans. This article proposes conformance-based plan evaluation (PIE) that relies on analysis plans and permits provide rigorous, quantitative, systematic way assessing degree which land use are implemented. We studied stormwater urban amenity management in six New Zealand by reviewing their development permits. found was generally low varied greatly among issues. Although it tested context local Zealand, can be used city county agencies U.S. elsewhere.
