摘要: Abstract An electrochemical method to directly detect DNA hybridization was developed on the basis of a new conductive polymer, which polymerized glassy carbon electrode with an indole monomer having carboxyl group, indole-5-carboxylic acid (ICA). Hybridization complementary, non-complementary and one-base mismatched targets studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Results showed significant decrease in current upon addition complementary target. The change peak that used as index sensor response found be linear target concentration range 3.34 × 10 −9 1.06 × 10 −8 M. detection limit 1.0 nM.
