摘要: Background & Aims: The interactions between inflammatory cells and their mediators play important roles in many processes, but importance during acute experimental pancreatitis pancreatitis-associated lung injury is unclear. To address the role of interaction CD40 its ligand CD40L, molecules that mediate major immunoregulatory functions, was induced by administering supramaximal doses cerulein mice do not express CD40L. Methods: severity measured serum amylase activity, pancreatic edema, acinar cell necrosis, pancreas myeloperoxidase activity (an indicator neutrophil infiltration). Lung quantitated evaluating microvascular permeability activity. Results: In tissue from control cerulein-treated mice, expression both CD40L detected. Immunohistochemical analysis performed isolated acini wild-type pancreata showed were expressed on surface. Interestingly, markedly decreased deficient compared with wild-types. Conclusions: These observations indicate plays an proinflammatory injury.
