Success rates of osseointegration for implants placed under sterile versus clean conditions.

摘要: A retrospective analysis was done comparing the success rate of osseointegration at stage 2 implants placed under "sterile" versus "clean" conditions. "Sterile" surgery took place in an operating room setting with strict sterile protocol. "Clean" a clinic critical factor that nothing touched surface implant until it contacted prepared bone site. total 273 61 cases were conditions fixture 98.9% and case 95.1%; 113 clean 31 98.2% 93.5%, respectively as judged clinically 2.
