摘要: Spectra of the shock layer radiation incident on stagnation point a blunt body placed in an arc-jet wind tunnel were measured over wavelength range from 600 nm to 880 nm. The test gas was mixture 80 percent air and 20 argon by mass, run made highly nonequilibrium environment. observed spectra contained contributions atomic lines nitrogen, oxygen, argon, bound-free free-free continua, band systems N2 N2(+). compared with synthetic spectra, which obtained through four steps: calculation arc-heater characteristics, nozzle flow, blunt-body processes. results show that are predicted approximately correctly, but all other sources underpredicted orders magnitude. A possible explanation for discrepancy is presented.
